  • House, Senate Reintroduce Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act

    Both the U.S. House and Senate have reintroduced the Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act. The bills (H.R. 1610/S. 799) were introduced on March 14 by Reps. Gregory Steube (R-Fla.), Brian Higgins (D-N.Y), Mark Alford (R-Mo.) and John Larson (D-Conn.) in the House and Sens. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.) in the Senate. This bipartisan legislation will ensure full access to chiropractic care for Medicare patients.
