On Dec. 11, U.S. Sens. John Boozman (R-AR), Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS), Kevin Cramer (R-ND), Tom Cotton (R-AR) and Susan Collins (R-ME) introduced S. 5007, the Senate companion bill to H.R. 8702, the Holding Providers Harmless from Medicare Cuts During COVID-19 Act of 2020. ACA has been working internally and with external coalition groups to stop devastating CMS cuts to chiropractors and other providers from taking place on Jan. 1, 2021. Members of Congress need to hear from YOU – take a moment today to send a letter to your representative and senators asking them to cosponsor H.R. 8702 and S. 5007.
