Bio

Studied biology and education at Ursinus College prior to attending Palmer College of Chiropractic (summa cum laude,1982).  Joined the Woodbridge Chiropractic Center (1983) and helped develop it into one of the largest chiropractic facilities in New Jersey. In 1984 opened a successful office in Ocean Grove, New Jersey and practiced there until 1989 when left to become a senior lecturer at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, in Bournemouth, England.  While in England earned a Master’s Degree in Science and Technology Education from the University of Southampton (awarded “with distinction,” 1994).  Returned to the United States in 1994 and became a professor at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York.  At that time also established a rural chiropractic practice and cared primarily for Amish, Mennonite and farming families in the Fingerlakes. Also earned CCSP (1998) and ICCSP (2014). In 2006 accepted a position as a professor of clinical sciences at the University  of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic and continues to teach and publish articles on spinal and extremity clinical biomechanics, chiropractic technique and chiropractic principles and practice. Lastly, had a very rewarding experience working with the Barcelona College of Chiropractic as external examiner and curriculum consultant (2008-14).
