A few days ago, the host of ACA’s association management service was the victim of a virus attack. The attack was not directed at ACA but rather the hosting company, which services thousands of clients. Security protocols dictated shutting down all ACA websites and databases.
As a precaution, the systems remained down while providers rebuilt servers and performed scans to be sure there was no residual virus or invasion. ACA has been assured by all related vendors there was no breach of security with regard to personal data.
Service is available now and ACA is reviewing the restored backups of content. Thank you for your patience during this process.
